Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to carefully process your order in the Shoppe to hand off to the USPS for delivery. We will notify you of any delays or issues in processing your order via email.  

We ship internationally to most countries but we are unable to ship to Germany & Austria. Please add desired items to your cart and if you are unable to check out with shipping to your location please send us a message with your complete mailing address and phone number for a manual order to be created for you. 

Any VAT, Tax and/or Customs Fees due to countries outside the United States of America are the responsibility of purchaser. Please refer to your local government for further information. 

For items labeled USA Shipping included in price please ask for a custom listing to include shipping to other locations.

In order to guarantee delivery we ship only to the address that is submitted during checkout.

If your package is returned as undeliverable for any reason(incorrect address, no forwarding address, returned/refused, etc.)you will be responsible to pay additional shipping charges to resend your order to the correct address.

If your package is not returned to the Shoppe, we are not responsible for your misdirected package. 

If your package is returned as undeliverable for any reason (incorrect address, no forwarding address, returned/refused, etc.) and you decide not to have it reshipped, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The original shipping charges are not refundable.

The Fabric Candy Shoppe can not be held responsible for packages in which tracking shows delivered.
