Refund policy

The Fabric Candy Shoppe does not accept returns or exchanges. Please ask any questions prior to completing your purchase. Upon receipt, and prior to starting your project, inspect your order and contact us immediately  so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claim must be made prior to cutting fabric. 

We only accept cancellations if requested within 4 hours of purchase. This applies to both in-stock, special order and preordered items. 

Preordered Fabrics expected dates are estimated by the manufacturers. In rare circumstances, if the delays are excessive we may offer a cancellation to you. 

While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colors depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting etc it is almost impossible to represent color to 100% accuracy.
