Two options included in instructions–make without a hand pocket and bind it or add the hand pocket and finish with a no-bind method. Makes a finished trivet - pot holder approximately 9-1/2 in. Silicone overlay is 100% food grade silicone and heat resistant up to 450 degrees. Refill silicone overlays available.
